Resend invitation manually

If your customer has overlooked their invitation or the email has been lost in their inbox, you can easily resend the invitation manually. This ensures that the customer receives the necessary information to complete their flow.


How to resend manually

You can always resend an invitation manually for cases marked with the status 'In Progress':

  1. Find the case: Go to Cases in the menu and locate the relevant customer.

  2. Locate the entity: On the right side of the screen, you will see the Primary entity (the flow that has already been sent).

  3. Resend: Click the three dots (⋮) next to the customer's name and select Resend invitation.

Tip: Automatic reminders
