Manage access with roles and permissions

In Uniify, your role determines what you can see and do. This ensures that everything from daily case management to sensitive system settings is handled by the right people.

Who are you in Uniify?

• Owner and Admin: The power user responsible for the team. Can manage almost everything, including settings, users, and permissions.

• Member: The standard user who can create and manage cases and participate in most workflows.

• Assistant: A light role that can contribute by creating cases but does not have the ability to edit or delete them.

• Developer: The technical profile. Has access to API tools and the dashboard.

• Account Manager: Holds the highest level of access. Can do everything an Owner can, plus manage flows, modules, themes, and permissions.

• View Cases: Read-only access to cases and documentation – ideal for support or auditing, where you need to view documentation without making changes.

• Custom Roles: If your team needs a unique combination of permissions that doesn’t fit into our standard roles, it is possible to have a custom role created. Write to our support team if you need assistance with this.

Understanding the permissions

To keep it simple, we have divided permissions into groups:

• API Tokens: Create and manage tokens for system integrations.

• Cases: Create, edit, delete, and view case data and documents.

• Flows & Modules: Create and edit flows and modules, while others can only view or use them.

• Consent & Settings: Manage system notifications and settings.

• Themes: Control the system's appearance (HTML, CSS, custom themes).

• Users: Add, edit, and remove users.

• Webhooks: Manage integrations with external systems.
