Expiry dates and reminders
In Uniify, you can automate the follow-up process for your cases. This ensures your customers receive the necessary reminders and keeps your dashboard clean of outdated cases.
Customizing case settings
We offer flexible settings to help structure your workflow. As these settings are currently managed by our team, please contact support to have them activated or adjusted for your account.
Expiry settings
Control when a case should close automatically to keep your data current:
Created: How long a case remains open after a customer has started but not finished.
Invited: The number of days an unopened invitation stays active before expiring.
Signed, but not completed: How long a case remains active if the customer has filled in everything, but the system is waiting on third-party data.
Automated reminders
Forget about manual follow-ups. We can set up the system to send automatic emails to customers who haven't finished their flow.
We have two options:
One-time reminder: We send a single reminder after a specific number of hours (e.g., after 24, 48, or 72 hours).
Recurring reminders (Recommended): The customer receives a reminder at fixed intervals (e.g., every 24, 48, or 72 hours) until they have completed the flow.
Tip: Increase your completion rate
Automated reminders are the most effective way to get customers to finish their onboarding without you having to lift a finger.
