Creating company cases (drafts)

When creating a case for a Danish company, Uniify helps you identify the relevant individuals automatically. This saves you the detective work of finding out who is in management or on the board.


How to do it:

  1. Select case type: Start by selecting the case type you use for your business clients.

  2. Search for the company: In the Company field, search by name or CVR/VAT number and select the correct company from the list. (Note: This lookup is only available for Danish companies).

  3. Save Draft: Click the blue Gem kladde (Save Draft) button. Uniify will now retrieve the available individuals from the official business registers.

  4. Select recipients and flows: Under Other entities (Andre enheder), you will see a list of individuals associated with the company (Board, Management, UBOs).

    • Check the box next to the individuals who need to participate.

    • Enter their email address.

    • Select Flow: Choose the flow that fits each individual. You can assign different flows to different people within the same case, depending on what information you need from them.

  5. Activate the case: Click the dark blue Opret sag (Create Case) button. The invitations will now be sent to the selected emails.

Who fills in the data?

Uniify retrieves the names and roles of the individuals, so you know exactly who to contact. The actual entry of detailed data is handled by the entities (recipients) themselves as they complete their specific flows.
