Find link to a customer flow
If your customer cannot find their email invitation, or if you created the case without entering an email address, you can always manually retrieve a direct link to the flow. This is a quick way to share access via your own email, SMS, or chat.
How to copy the link
Locate the case: Go to Cases in the menu and click on the specific case.
Select the correct entity: Look at the panel on the right side of the screen:
Primary entity: This is where you find the link for the main person or the primary flow.
Other entities: This contains links for any co-signers or other parties involved in the case.
Get the link: Click the three dots (⋮) next to the name of the person who needs the link.
Copy: Select Copy flow link.
Success: The link is now saved to your clipboard, and you can paste it directly into a message to your customer.
Tip: Instant customer support
If a customer calls and can’t find their email, it’s often faster to send them the link directly via chat or a fresh email while you have them on the line.
