Why isn't the flow link working?
If a link to a flow isn't working, there could be several reasons.
Follow these steps to identify and resolve the issue.
How to fix it
Check if the case has expired
If a case has passed its expiration date, the link is automatically deactivated for security reasons. Check the case status in your dashboard:
If the case has expired: You need to create a new case.
If the case is archived: You need to restore it
Tip: You can adjust your default expiration settings if your clients often need more time. You can also read more about expiration settings here
Test the link yourself
Try opening the flow yourself from your dashboard to see if the page loads correctly.
If it works for you: The issue is likely related to the client's browser or network
If you also get an error: There might be a technical issue with the flow configuration.
Copy and send the link directly to the client
If the flow opens correctly for you, try copying the link and sending it directly to the client.
Follow the guide here to copy the flow link here
Client still cannot open the link
If the client is still unable to open the flow, it may be related to:
Browser settings or cache issues: Ask the client to try a different browser or to clear their cache and cookies.
Network restrictions: Ask the client to try a different network or device
