Add comments to a case

Comments in Uniify are your tool for documenting the case management process. You can use them as internal notes for your colleagues or as essential remarks to be included in the final case report.


Ways to use comments:

  • Tag your colleagues: You can tag other users in your team in a comment by typing @ followed by their name. They will receive a direct notification in their inbox with a link to the case.

  • Comments during status changes: When you change the status of a case, a note field will appear. Here you can add a note explaining why the case is being approved or rejected, for example.

  • Ongoing comments on a case: Go to the relevant case and select Comments at the bottom of the left-hand menu. Here you can read the entire history and add new notes.

Internal vs. external comments

Every time you create a comment, you can choose whether to include it in the final PDF report. This is useful for distinguishing between internal comments and external comments intended for others to read.
