Experian RKI
By integrating Experian RKI into Uniify, you can automatically check if a customer is registered as a defaulting debtor. This provides extra security for your credit assessment and ensures you always have the most up-to-date information at hand.
Agreement with Experian Required
To retrieve RKI information directly within Uniify, your company must have its own agreement with Experian.
Setup: What we need from you
To activate the integration, please contact your account manager at Experian and request the following information for your production environment:
Username
Password
Once you have received this information, it must be sent securely to us so we can set up the connection to Experian’s endpoint (https://ws2.rki.dk/).
How does it work in Uniify?
Once the integration is active, Uniify will automatically perform an RKI lookup on cases where this has been selected in the flow. The result is displayed directly on the case, allowing you to quickly see whether the customer is registered or not.
Ready to activate RKI?
Contact us in the chat or at support@uniify.io once you have the information ready, and we will help you finalize the setup.
