Notifications
Do you want an email the second a customer completes a flow? In Uniify, you can customize your e-mail notifications so you’re always up to speed without your inbox overflowing.
Your options:
Under your user settings, you can choose between three levels of notifications for completed flows:
1. No email notifications (Default):
The quiet option. You won’t receive any emails but can follow along directly on the case overview instead.
2. Only for your own invitations:
You’ll only receive an email when a customer, whom you personally created a case for, has completed their flow. Ideal for the everyday case manager.
3. For all completed cases:
You’ll get an email every single time a case is completed across the entire team – regardless of who created it. Perfect if you need a full overview of all incoming data.
How to adjust your settings:
Go to My Account (via the arrow next to your name in the top right).
Locate the Notifications section.
Choose the setting that best fits your workflow.
Click the blue Update Account to save.
Not receiving your notifications?
If you've enabled notifications but aren't receiving them, please check your spam filter or "Junk" folder. Make sure to whitelist emails from Uniify to ensure you never miss a completed case.
