Check customer flow progress

If a customer calls with questions, or if you simply want to monitor their progress, you can view the flow exactly as the customer sees it. This makes it easy to guide them through tricky questions or identify if they’ve gotten stuck at a specific step.


How to access the customer's view

Locate the case: Go to Cases in the menu and select the relevant customer.

Find the entity: In the right-hand panel, you’ll see the associated flows under Primary entity or Other entities.

Go to the flow: Click the three dots (⋮) next to the name of the flow you wish to check.

Select 'Go to entity's flow': Uniify will now open the customer's current view in a new tab.

Tip: Effective support to your clients
By using this feature, you can provide precise guidance like: "I can see you've reached the passport upload section - just click the blue button in the middle of your screen." This saves time for both you and your clients
