What to do if signing or the page fails?

If the page asks you to "try again," or if a signing process fails, it is often due to temporary technical conflicts in the browser or with a sub-provider.

3 things you can do to proceed:

  1. Perform a "Hard Refresh" of the page

    This forces the browser to reload the page from scratch and clear temporary errors.

    Windows: Press Ctrl + F5

    Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R

  2. Change browser or use

    Incognito mode Sometimes saved extensions or old browser settings can block the process. Try opening the link in an Incognito/Private window or switch to a different browser (e.g., from Safari to Chrome).

  3. Clear cache and cookies

    If the issue persists, it can often be resolved by clearing the browser’s history and cookies and then restarting the browser.
