What is Monitoring in Uniify?
Monitoring is your automated guard within Uniify. Instead of performing manual checks on your cases, the system monitors the data for you and notifies you directly if anything changes. This ensures that your compliance is always up to date automatically.
Access to Monitoring
Please note that access to the monitoring module depends on your current agreement and subscription with Uniify. If you cannot see the item in your menu, it may be because it is not included in your package.
Where do I find it?
You can find the Monitoring tab in the left-hand menu within Uniify – alongside your cases, flows, and data tables. Here, you get a full overview of all active monitoring and recent events.
