How to use the monitoring overview

Monitoring of entities in Uniify ensures that you are automatically notified if changes occur in the master data of the companies associated with your active cases. This ensures that your documentation is always up-to-date without manual checks.

How to use the overview:

Overview

  • Under the Monitorering tab, you can see a complete list of logs showing updates for the companies included in your cases.

  • In the Status column, you can quickly see if a log is Unread or Read, letting you know what still needs to be reviewed.

Details

  • By clicking a log, you can read exactly what has happened in the change log (e.g., change of address, management, articles of association, or similar).

  • Once inside the log, you also have access to several shortcuts:

Direct access

  • From the log, you can go directly to the entity associated with the company by clicking the Entity Name (Enhedsnavn).

  • You can also go directly to Virk by clicking the company's CVR number.

  • At the bottom of the log, you will find the Cases section, which shows all specific cases where the entity is included. From here, you can click directly into each individual case.

Mark as read
You have two ways to mark an update as read:

  • Inside the detailed view: Here you can click the turquoise button Mark as read

  • In the main overview: Here you can select multiple cases at once by checking the boxes on the left and then clicking the Mark as read button in the top menu.

Once a case is marked as read, the status in the column is updated, making it easy to see which updates you have already handled.

Archiving logs
When a log is archived, it is removed from the active overview under the Monitoring tab.

  • Individually: Inside the log itself, you can click the Archive button.

  • In bulk: In the main overview, you can select the relevant logs by checking the boxes on the left and then clicking the Archive button in the top menu.

Important: Archiving does not stop the monitoring. If new changes occur to the company in the future, it will automatically reappear in your overview with an Unread status.
