With company monitoring, Uniify keeps a close watch on changes in official registers (such as Virk). This ensures that you do not overlook critical changes concerning your business customers.

What do we monitor?

Ownership and structure: Receive direct notifications if changes occur in the ownership group or beneficial owners.

Company Status: We monitor whether the company changes status, such as changes in operations, management, or signatory rules.

Finance and Compliance: We monitor financial indicators to ensure the company continues to meet regulatory requirements.

Notifications

When an update occurs for a monitored company, you will automatically receive an email. The email contains the key details of the change, allowing you to quickly assess if further action is required. Any updates from Virk will be reflected directly in the system.
