Overview and screening

The LexisNexis integration automates your compliance checks by screening against global lists for PEP (Politically Exposed Persons), sanctions, and adverse media.

What does LexisNexis screen for?

The integration provides access to WorldCompliance Data, including over 5 million profiles across these categories:

  • PEP: Politically exposed persons and their immediate family members.

  • Sanctions: Global lists from the UN, EU, OFAC, and more.

  • Enforcement: Official court documents and warnings from authorities (e.g., FBI or SEC).

  • Adverse Media: Individuals linked to illegal activities in global news sources.

How does it work in Uniify?

Screening happens automatically in the background when a case is created. If a match is found, it will be flagged on the case for your manual review.
